With LogTen's MyWorldView you can now view your flights on a world map directly from your iPhone and iPad. Tap on the Analyze tab, and select any group to see its flights on the map, any of them! Once you've selected the group, tap on "Show Map".
You will see an image of your flights on a map. The map can be scrolled and zoomed as needed. It will depict the From / To airports in your Logbook as well as any airports listed in the Route field. The route lines will be drawn based on the great circle route between the two airports:
For the map to work correctly, LogTen must know where the airports are located. For this reason, it is paramount that the airports in your logbook have the Lat/Long data completed. You can check this by tapping on Logbook → Places and selecting any airport. If the data is not complete, re-typing the ICAO identifier into the ICAO field and tapping away from the field will populate the data from the LogTen database.
