How to cancel an auto-renewing LogTen subscription for any reason or so free program time or a discount can start.
Free LogTen time can't start while a paid subscription is still renewing, so turn off auto-renew first.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name.
Tap Subscriptions.
Tap LogTen.
Tap Cancel Subscription.
What happens next for free time scearios: your subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for. When it ends, any free time starts automatically and you don't lose anything. If you're moving to a discounted rate, repurchase LogTen after it expires. The discounted rate applies then and to every renewal after.
