You can easily export your flight data from AIMS eCrew in a spreadsheet format that works well for importing into LogTen. Just follow these steps:
Log in to AIMS eCrew and navigate to your logbook.
From the left-hand menu, go to Reports → Pilot Logbook Report.
At the top of the page, choose the date range you want to export, then click the blue Go button to generate the logbook.
Click the Export icon (a floppy disk with a dropdown arrow), and select XLS or CSV from the list.
Once you've exported the file, you can either:
Use the Import from File feature to import the files into your LogTen, or
Compress the files into a ZIP folder and email them to [email protected]. Our Data Team will be happy to convert and import your complete data!
Note: AIMS eCrew may limit the date range to a maximum of two years per file. You’re welcome to generate yearly files instead of monthly ones.
